Hello world! I finally made it. After several years of contemplating, I have finally taken the plunge to start my new food blog today. This is my way to share with you guys my passion about good homemade food. Not only recipes I developed and enjoyed but rather a complete discussion about all aspects and philosophy of one of the most important parts in our everyday life: food.

My aim is to bring up and discuss with you the art of food appreciation without any boundaries. You may find posts like“15-minutes meals for the busy mum” as well as recipes and ideas for elaborate meals that take time, effort, patience and (here come the cheeeesy!) love. But the result is always rewarding.

You shouldn’t expect to find here recipes and ideas about low-calorie meals and diets to loose 10-20 pounds. Simply because I don’t care about them. Some of my best recipes are solely based on vegetables but this is not a vegetarian website. All I care is to highlight the importance of good, home-prepared food that make the people you share it with happy. Unfortunately, the modern style of life has made most people forget about how a good homemade meal feels like. Simply, because (they think) they don’t have time for it. Well, instead of watching two hours of rubbish on the TV eating ready-made meals from the microwave, I propose to get your butt in the kitchen and start enjoying the art of good eating.

That’s it for now. I should get going and prepare some interesting posts for the art and philosophy of good eating!

Bon appetit!
