About me
I am not a chef…I am a physicist. A few years ago I started taking cooking very seriously as I had enough with takeaways and mediocre restaurants. I discovered that I had some kind of talent in the kitchen as friends and family really enjoyed what was served on their plate. The importance of good food is very high in my everyday life and I never regret spending a few hours in the kitchen just to prepare a meal that will make the tummies of people sitting on the table with me happy. Slowly, cooking has become a passion and I decided to start sharing my ideas, recipes and philosophy about good dining with the rest of the world.
