Ingredients
  • 500 gr (18 oz) full fat Greek yoghurt.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • 2-3 garlic cloves.
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar.
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Wash the cucumber and grate it using the coarse side of a food grater. Take the grated pieces in your hands and squeeze them to remove as much water as possible. Set them in a bowl.
  2. Use the fine side of the grater and grate the garlic cloves. Add them to the bowl.
  3. Add the yoghurt to the bowl and stir well. Add the olive oil and vinegar, season with salt to taste and give it another good stir.
